Microsoft only supports Internet Explorer 11 now

Microsoft has officially dropped support for all versions of it’s supported internet browser, Internet Explorer, except for it’s most recent version, IE 11.  Full details are in the article linked above by Zack Whittaker over at ZDNet.com.

What this means is that if you and/or your business uses any version of IE below 11, it needs to be updated IMMEDIATELY.

Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome are the two most popular alternative internet browsers right now, and we recommend installing them. Our official recommendation for internet browsers currently is Mozilla Firefox, as it has the best security right now.
